Holistic Counseling & Psychotherapy
I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist with training in somatic therapies, expanded awareness practices, tantra, shamanic healing, energy medicine, plant medicine, and biomedicine, particularly gut health and nutrition. I orient equally within scientific method and ancient healing traditions.
My main focus as a therapist is to help you get to know yourself really well so you can be more comfortable and confident being you. Together, we will take a deep dive into your inner world. I will guide you into awareness of your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, gut sense of things, and inner resources, including the teachings of your belief system and faith. I'll be by your side as we discover your strengths, hopes, dreams, challenges, and deep-felt emotions. All aspects of you and your experience — past, present, future, known, and unquantifiable — will be welcomed with curiosity and compassion. And I will help you find the immense well of curiosity and compassion, towards all that you have experienced, which I believe is your deepest essence and truest nature.
I will be very real and honest with you; I'm not the kind of therapist who mostly nods and says “uh-huh.” We will probably laugh a lot -- life can be ridiculous -- and I might also cry alongside you.
Our work together can help you appreciate and expand upon your abilities, reclaim and heal parts of yourself that have become lost, achieve the confidence and inner strength to create the changes you want, and express who you truly are.

My Philosophy
I believe we each have the capacity to change and heal, are innately good and want to do well, and deserve love and belonging; that we each have inner wisdom about what we need in order to grow into who we are meant to be, and each have the resources within to heal ourselves whole. Helping you find your original, whole self is what I see as my job.
All Are Welcome
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families. People of all races, religions, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender identities are welcome.
Fees
My fee is $175 for a 55 minute session and $260 for 90 minutes. I meet with clients on Zoom. I am not in-network with any insurance companies but can provide out of network superbills, and I offer a sliding scale for those who need.
